My Qualifications
I am a compassionate and authentic mentor and I have 30 years of experience leading change personally and professionally in corporate America. I have been on my own growth journey for over 40 years and have recently completed my 2-year certification in Transformational Life Coaching (TM). I have been on my own personal journey of transformation my entire life.
My Approach
I take a collaborative and results-based approach to coaching. Together we will identify and remove mental blocks, conscious or unconscious, that may be holding you back from living your best life. In our sessions, I guide you to achieve the results YOU want in a fun and creative way. I use language techniques, visualization, reframing and other teaching tools to help you release the mental blocks holding you back.
